Uplifting Practice
I have practiced the habit of walking meditations for over three decades and this
practice has brought many benefits into my life. One of the biggest of those benefits is
the power of sending out positive thoughts for other beings for their Highest Good. Like
a boomerang these thoughts send back to me uplifting energy and vibrations. This
calendar will help you with this practice, whether you are out walking, or cooking in the
kitchen, or sitting in your favorite chair. Remembering someone on a certain
day is a generous and heartfelt practice. All kinds of events may be a reason
to tag your calendar: a graduation, a wedding, a new baby, a new pet,
a special sports event, safe travels, a friend is falling in love, a new career,
a job search, a scheduled surgery, an illness, the passing of someone you love,
the loss of a job, a divorce, world peace, that all beings feel safe and protected and
have food and water, and the list goes on…
